Using the medicinary:
First, e-mail us a copy of your valid acupuncture license to medicinary@orthopedic-alternatives.com. Once your license is verified, we can set up an account for you as a practitioner. We will need your Name, Billing and Shipping address(es), contact e-mail and phone number, and billing information. This will be saved in our system to make future orders more convenient.
Second, check out our stock and price list. You can easily use the "find" function to search of herbs (Ctrl+F). Enter the desired amount of each herb in the yellow box. The spreadsheet will automatically calculate total price, tax, and practitioner discount (10%), if applicable, as well as shipping cost. This enables you to inform your patients the cost of any formula you would prescribe ahead of time.
When ready to order, download and fill out our order form. Save the completed form as "PatientNameMM.DD.YY," then email it over to us. We will fill the prescription same day and ship the next, if the formula is being shipped. We ship USPS priority mail. If ordering multiple formulas, we have no problem combining shipments to save on shipping cost. Let us know and we will adjust the shipping cost accordingly. Herbs are packaged in a resealable, compostable bag with a 1.5g scoop.
